For all orders in Canada and the US we offer free shipping and US we offer free shipping.
How long is shipping?
We do our best to fulfill your orders the same day purchased (weekends and holidays not included).
As each country/region is different some orders may take longer than others. It is our goal to get your products to you as soon as possible, .
Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.
Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Will I pay Duties and Taxes on my order?
All orders within Canada do not have to pay duties on their order. Orders going to the US and other countries may be subjected to a duties fee.
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, GRAY assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
We hope that you love your GRAY product(s). However, we understand that sometimes products might not meet your needs. We are pleased to offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your product(s). To be eligible for a full refund you must have proof of purchase and your items must be sent back in its original packaging. To start the process of a refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if your refund is accepted we will send you a return label as well as instructions on where and how to send your product(s) back. Can I Exchange my GRAY product?
As we are currently only offering one product, we are currently not offering any exchanges. If you receive damaged, defective and/or faulty products please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I have to pay to return?
No, we got you covered! If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a return label with instructions on where and how to send your items back. Please keep in mind you will not be refunded the cost of shipping when your order was placed.
